Why YourMove is Different
At YourMove, we do things differently—because you deserve better.
No Insurance Hassles, Just Results – We’re a cash-based clinic, meaning we focus on you, not what insurance companies allow. That means:
No surprise bills – You’ll always know what you’re paying upfront.
No rushed sessions – You get one-on-one, personalized care every time.
Faster results – We create a plan based on what you need, not what insurance dictates.
Your Goals. Your Recovery. – Whether you’re a runner, lifter, or active individual, we help you move better, recover faster, and stay injury-free—without the red tape of insurance.
You Deserve Better Than “Just Rest” – Too many times you are told to stop moving when you get injured. We help you keep training safely while you heal.
