PT That Treats More Than Just the Injury

physical therapy in atlanta

At YourMove, we do things differently because you deserve better.

We believe that PT should go beyond just fixing the current injury. It should build strength, prevent future injuries, and improve long-term performance.

YourMove PT is a cash-based, or out-of-network rehab and performance practice for Atlanta runners and lifters. This gives us the ability to focus on you and your goals, not what the insurance company allows.

That means:

  • No surprise bills – You’ll always know what you’re paying upfront.

  • No rushed sessions – You get one-on-one, personalized care every session.

  • Faster results – We (patient & PT) create a plan based on what you need to achieve your goals, not what insurance dictates.

You may pay for the physical therapy services using credit card, HSA, or FSA.

In some cases, you may also file for reimbursement with your insurance for out-of-network costs.

We use our specialized knowledge and experience in injury prevention, injury recovery, and overall wellness to keep you in the activities you love.

Your Goals. Your Recovery.

Our Provider

Dr. Ashley Taylor PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, CSCS

  • Ashley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and lifelong athlete who helps Atlanta runners and weightlifters recover from injuries, prevent setbacks, and unlock their full performance potential.

A competitive swimmer and Division I cross country and track athlete at Western Carolina University, Ashley understands firsthand how injuries can disrupt training and impact confidence. She earned her doctorate from the University of North Georgia, completed an orthopedic residency, and spent 4 years in the traditional PT setting before deciding to open YourMove PT. Ashley strives to provide the kind of one-on-one, performance-driven care she wished she had as an athlete. The care that goes beyond just getting out of pain and works towards building stronger, more resilient runners and weightlifters.

Whether it’s running your fastest marathon, lifting heavier in the gym, or getting back on the field after injury, Ashley’s mission is simple: help you move better, train smarter, and feel confident in your body again.

When she’s not working with clients, Ashley enjoys running, binge-watching her favorite shows, and spending time with friends and family.
